Ottawa Convention Centre chooses AVW-TELAV
AVW-TELAV is pleased to announce that we have been selected as the official supplier of audio visual and technology services for the Ottawa Convention Centre (OCC). This partnership is part of a strategic shared long-term planning process to ensure the innovation and functionality of the OCC’s technology infrastructure.“OCC is looking forward to a long and mutually-beneficial working relationship with AVW-TELAV as OCC’s technology services provider,” said OCC Senior Vice President of Client Services Paul Keogh. “This arrangement provides OCC clients with world-class technology infrastructure and represents a unique customer service environment which will set both OCC and AVW-TELAV apart in the highly competitive marketplace in which we participate.”
The much-anticipated facility is complete and open for meetings, conventions, conferences and events in the capital city’s downtown core. To better serve the OCC’s clientele, AVW-TELAV has dedicated on-site staff and inventory to meet any event requirements.

The Ottawa Convention Centre offers 192,000-square-feet of usable space, including 28 meeting rooms, a 56,000-square-foot multipurpose hall which can accommodate 6,260 theatre style and 4,600 banquet style, and a 21,300-square-foot ballroom with views of the Rideau Canal and Parliament Hill.
